Joji started his career in the seafood industry over 40 years ago in Los Angeles, when Japanese cuisine was becoming popular and loved by local Angelinos. He built his career specializing in tuna, and our customers give him their full trust in providing the best tuna for their needs.

Joji’s son Toru handles the sales and marketing of the company. His gained his expertise in food logistics at a major distributor as well as a broad knowledge of the seafood industry.
