Our Story

Our company was founded in 2003 by our president Joji Yamamoto, with the goal to provide the finest quality seafood to Japanese restaurants in the Los Angeles area.  Highly respected in the industry as the tuna expert, our customers entrust Joji San to provide them with the best tuna for their needs. 

Toru, his son has recently joined the company to explore new opportunities and to continue the business into the next generation.

Everything by hand

All of our fish are hand cut every morning by our excellent fillet men. No machines are used, ever. With the meticulous care by our professionals, we ensure that the absolute best product will be delivered to our customers.
